The Quebec City Kebs lost against Rochester RazorSharks in Quebec City


Sunday, January 3, 2010 the Quebec City Kebs hit a wall against the Rochester RazorSharks, the Premier Basketball League’s (PBL) 2009 and 2008 champions. The final score of the match was 86 to 111.

Rochester RazorSharks blazed the court from the start of the game and kept up the pressure throughout the game. The Quebec City Kebs strong defence were unable to contain the furry of plays and fast players from Rochester. Although in the second quarter the Kebs managed to reduce the RazorSharks lead to 11 points by halftime. In the third period the Quebec City Kebs were drilled by the RazorSharks, who once again increased their lead and continued to
dominate until the end of the match. "We gave everything we had … it's hard to go up against a team with Rochester’s history," said Alejandro Hasbani, Head Coach of The Quebec City Kebs.

Cordell Jeanty - 18 points and 10 rebounds

The Rochester RazorSharks top scorers:
Keith Friel - 17 points
Jerice Crouch and Lincoln Smith - 13 points.
