The Vermont Frost Heaves played the Quebec City Kebs tonight in Quebec City. The Frost Heaves are currently ranked 5th in the Premier Basketball League (PBL). The Kebs charged the court in the first half creating a lead of three points. The Kebs were suddenly overwhelmed by the Frost Heaves early in the 3rd quarter, losing their momentum. "We have not played badly. Each team has won a half, "explained Alejandro Hasbani, Head Coach of the Quebec City Kebs."We recognize that Frost Heaves played well defensively, blocking the Kebs access to the basket in the second half."
Samuel Audet-Sow was once again the best Kebs player of the evening with 24 points. Jamaal Wise scored 22 points. The Frost Heaves full bench allowed there players to receive ample rest enabling more aggressive plays late in the game. Contrary to the Kebs lead players Audet-Sow, Morris, Ruffus, Morin, and Wise who all played for over 40 minutes.

Friday, March 19, 2010, in Lawton-Sill Fort against the Calvary at 7:05 pm. The first weekend in April the Quebec City Kebs will have back to back home games. Playing the Maryland Greenhawks on Friday April 2, 2010 at 7:30pm. Going on to face Lawton-Fort Sill Calvary on Saturday April 3, 2010 at 7:30pm. Both games will be played at the PEPS Stadium (University Laval). Doors will open one hour before the games begins. Ticket pricing is as follows: $5 for children under 12, $10 for students and youth 12 to 17 years and $15 for adults. Tickets are on sale now at the ticket booth of the Kebs 418-780-4850 or available for purchase at the door. Doors will open at 6:30 pm for pre-game activities.
